We at AsvaTok Exchange are a team of talented individuals each having knowledge and ability in its respective area ranging from asset identification, authenticity, rarity and preservation to technical knowhow to required legal and finance acumen and daily seamless operational excellence. Through the avenue of tokenization of RWAs we aspire to democratize the high value and aspirational collectibles into mainstream investment activity making it accessible for investors—or rather “Collectvestors,” as we term this vibrant community—to get exposure to, for example, a INR 1 million collectible asset at just 1000 rupees by owning the proportionate share of the underlying asset through tokens, which has for ages been an avenue only for the extremely wealthy individuals and entities or for those with large surplus wealth. AsvaTok Exchange strives to act as a catalyst and a value creator by creating transparency and liquidity in assets which were previously considered illiquid.
Our Mission
We aim to derive the true worth to every collectible asset with the help of our team which include engineering, MBA professionals and veterans in the respective fields by performing the required due diligence in every particular item and analyze the exact number of individual possessions or possible availability basis which the rarity of the respective asset is understood and brought into light for the participants. On that basis the participants will determine the price the asset deserves through our unique Initial Token Offering and that’s how the participants derive the true value for every underlying asset whose tokens are listed on AsvaTok Exchange.
Our Vision
We certainly believe that Bharat’s rich culture, history and heritage is its true asset and striving to derive its true value will act as a launchpad to Bharat’s thriving economy expanding it multifold. We envision Bharat to remain frontrunner in the collectibles segment, marking it as one of the significant contributors to value creation and making it the most thriving alternative investment asset class, outperforming traditional asset classes in the forthcoming period and fulfilling the vision of “Viksit Bharat 2047.”
Dr. Jayesh has been a pioneer in the field of numismatics and notaphily for the past 2 decades. His immense research in field of banknotes and fancy numbers has been instrumental in promoting this category amongst hobbyists and collectors and making it accessible to one and all. He himself is one of the largest collectors of fancy number banknotes in the world. He has written many books on Indian Paper Money one of which being only on Fancy Numbers titled as ' Fancy numbers Power N Mystic in 2012 which is the only of its kind book in the world for which has also been conferred with Honorary Doctorate. He has also attained prominent national and state level accolades like ‘ Rashtriya Abhiman Puraskar ‘ and ‘ Maharashtra Ratna Puraskar’ to name a few for his invaluable contribution in the field of numismatics and notaphily. Many of his books are used as reference guide in various departments of RBI as well as Currency Note Press. Dr. Jayesh has also done a deep research on the premium quality materials that can be used to preserve these collectibles which are the frontrunners of our rich art, culture and heritage of Bharat.
Mr.Kushal holds an under-graduate degree in B.Tech from VJTI (2020) and a post graduate degree in MBA from NMIMS , Mumbai (2022) along with several certification courses from international universities. Kushal blends logic with legacy & technology with tradition. Being recognized as a BM 30 under 30 entrepreneur (2023 ) along with several other national and international accolades, he’s on a mission to make rare collectibles accessible to all through fractional ownership, giving rise to a new era of Collectvestors. With AsvaTok Exchange ,Kushal being an ardent supporter of Viksit Bharat 2047 is building more than a company - he’s creating a movement that values culture as capital as he truly believes the rich culture and heritage of Bharat is the biggest asset of our country and that makes us the wealthiest amongst all. He envisions to democratize alternative investment classes specially collectibles like vintage banknotes , rare coins , timeless artworks etc amongst masses and bring it into mainstream investment activity where this category has and can further outperform traditional asset classes. He also serves as the Director-Displays at the International Banknote Society -Hindustan Chapter. Apart from his professional prowess Kushal is a passionate martial artist with a Black belt( Sho – Dan) in karate , an enthusiast pianist and a spiritual seeker.
